These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the 39betpkr platform, including all gaming, betting, payment, and account-related activities. Please read this document carefully before registering or placing any bet. By using 39betpkr, you agree to be bound by these terms in full.
All 39betpkr users must be 21 years of age or older. Age is verified via CNIC during KYC. Underage accounts are immediately suspended and funds returned subject to verification.
Each player may hold only one active 39betpkr account. Duplicate accounts are prohibited and will result in termination of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any pending bonuses.
Identity verification is mandatory before withdrawals are processed. 39betpkr requires CNIC, proof of address, and payment method confirmation. Unverified accounts are restricted to deposit and play only.
All deposits, withdrawals, bonuses, and balances on 39betpkr are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). Supported methods include JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, and Bank Alfalah.
All bonuses and promotional offers are subject to wagering requirements. Bonus funds are non-withdrawable until rollover conditions are met. 39betpkr reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotions at any time.
39betpkr provides deposit limits, loss limits, session timers, and self-exclusion tools to all players. Use of these tools is encouraged. Players who self-exclude may not circumvent their exclusion by opening a new account.
In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:
By accessing, browsing, or using the 39betpkr Platform in any capacity — including registering an Account, depositing funds, placing a bet, or participating in any promotion — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and any game-specific rules published on the Platform.

These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire and exclusive agreement between you and 39betpkr with respect to your use of the Platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings of any kind.
Access to and use of the 39betpkr Platform is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied at all times:
39betpkr reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Where an Account is found to have been opened by a person under the age of 21, the Account will be immediately suspended, all gameplay will be declared void, and any deposits made will be returned to the depositing payment method subject to satisfactory verification of the refund destination.
39betpkr takes underage gambling prevention with utmost seriousness. Any attempt to circumvent age verification — including providing false CNIC information or using another person's identity documents — constitutes fraud and will be reported to the relevant authorities.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, create derivative works from, reverse engineer, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 39betpkr's prior written consent.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 39betpkr's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your Account in the 30 days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude 39betpkr's liability for death or personal injury caused by its own negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, to the extent such exclusion is prohibited by law.
39betpkr reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
Upon closure of your Account by 39betpkr for cause, any real-money balance (net of bonus funds and any amounts subject to investigation) will be returned to your verified payment method following satisfactory completion of final due diligence checks. Bonus funds are forfeited upon Account closure for cause.
You may request closure of your own Account at any time by contacting 39betpkr support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within a reasonable timeframe, and any verified real-money balance will be returned to your registered payment method.
In the event of a dispute between you and 39betpkr regarding any transaction, bet outcome, bonus, or Account matter, the following process applies:
Pending resolution of any dispute, 39betpkr reserves the right to withhold the relevant funds from withdrawal. Dispute resolution decisions made by the licensing authority's designated body are binding on both parties.
39betpkr reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where amendments are material, 39betpkr will endeavour to provide reasonable notice to registered players via email or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the changes taking effect.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and request closure of your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, will always be accessible on this page. 39betpkr recommends that players review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 39betpkr holds its operating licence. Any dispute that cannot be resolved through the dispute resolution process set out in Section 14 shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of that jurisdiction.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
The failure of 39betpkr to enforce any right or provision of these Terms shall not constitute a waiver of that right or provision.
